Pt 1.
This week I’m going to do a series shining the spotlight on…drum roll 🥁…Molecular Hydrogen.

I know,

I’m excited too.

So draw up your deck chairs, grab a blanket and a bowl of popcorn and we’ll dive right in.

Why am I talking about Molecular Hydrogen?

Because Hydrogen gas has been shown to have a therapeutic effect on over 150 human diseases largely due to its antioxidant value, and people are starting to wake up to its potential.

It is that simple.

We have a substance here, right in front of our eyes that has the antioxidant effects of 5kgs of blueberries and which can be delivered in a container of water.

This is a fundamental component of the universe and what powers the sun by fusion.

And, as is the case every time, some less informed people are misleading the public and some unscrupulous companies are jumping on the bandwagon, throwing together and selling products that don’t work and are unethical and environmentally unfriendly.

But more on that later.

What is Molecular Hydrogen?

Two hydrogen atoms form a molecule - H2 - referred to as Molecular Hydrogen.

(Don’t worry, this is as scientific as I’ll get but stay with me and you’ll be more informed than 99% of people.)

This type of hydrogen has been demonstrated to produce a variety of therapeutic effects. Some describe it as "water enriched with hydrogen” or “hydrogen-rich water”.

Because it is the smallest molecule in the universe it can enter the cell structure and mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell) easily.

But how does that help me Tim? I hear you ask.

Well,

More on that in Part 2
